File your ECI on time, without the scramble.
We prepare and submit Estimated Chargeable Income for SG HoldCo, so the IRAS deadline is handled and you keep any instalment benefits.

What ECI is — and why the date matters
Estimated Chargeable Income is an early declaration of your company's taxable income, due within three months of your financial year-end. File on time and you can pay in instalments; miss it and IRAS may issue an estimated assessment you then have to contest.
What we do
- Review your management accounts and compute the ECI figure
- Confirm eligibility for the ECI filing waiver where it applies
- Prepare and e-file with IRAS under your tax reference
- Set up GIRO instalments if you'd like to spread the payment

Questions
When exactly is ECI due?
Within three months of your financial year-end. For a 31 December FYE, that's 31 March.
Do we still file if income is low?
You may qualify for the filing waiver if revenue and ECI are within IRAS thresholds. We confirm this before doing any work.
Can you also handle the Form C-S return?
Yes — most clients bundle ECI with the annual Form C-S so the whole tax cycle sits with one team.
